My name is Caleb, I am the owner of True HVAC. I am a husband and father to 2 kids. I started this company originally as a side job to provide supplemental income for my family. The company I previously worked for provided great opportunities to grow and flexibility for my family, that company unfortunately went under. I wanted to maintain those opportunities and flexibility especially at a time while my wife was in nursing school and my kids needed me as much as possible.
I have worked for many companies and have found different standards in each that I loved, in True HVAC I am able to combine all those high standards I have found into one company. My wife and I share a passion to provide comfort for others. My wife has found this by providing end of life services as a hospice nurse and finding underlying suffering when her patients cannot speak for themselves.
My job is to find the invisible suffering in your home, that you cannot see but feel, and fix it so you never have to think about whether you are comfortable in your own home. The ultimate goal is to provide an example for my children that your dreams are not out of reach.
